1. General & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between a9today ("we", "Platform") and individuals who register for or use the a9today platform ("Member", "you"). The a9today platform is accessible through our official website at a9today.click and any associated sub-domains.

The following key definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Account" refers to a user account registered by a Member on the a9today platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in a Member's account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any bonus credits, free money, free spins or promotional benefits granted by a9today to a Member.
• "Games" refers to all products available on the a9today platform, including Live Casino, slots, table games, Sports Betting, e-sports, and jackpots.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the requirement to wager a specified amount before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer procedure requiring verification of a Member's identity.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the a9today platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Registration

Each individual is entitled to hold one (1) account only on the a9today platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. a9today reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings upon detection of multiple accounts.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Providing an active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification purposes.
• Providing a valid email address that you have access to.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.

A9today reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• An account must have completed basic KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as your a9today account.

A9today reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. In such cases, the Member will be notified and additional verification may be required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

A9today offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer, which should be read alongside these general terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new Member.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the terms of the relevant offer. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount must be wagered five times before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed and are subject to change before the match begins.
• In-play bets are only valid if accepted and confirmed by the system before the relevant event outcome occurs during the match.
• A9today reserves the right to void or adjust bets in exceptional circumstances, such as a match being postponed, abandoned, or where the outcome is determined by the relevant sports authority after the bet was placed.
• Sports Betting covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, and major international e-sports leagues including MPL MY and DPC SEA.

7. Prohibited Member Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the a9today platform:

• Opening multiple accounts — Each individual is permitted one account only. Opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes a serious act of fraud.
• Arbitrage betting — Using two or more accounts, whether alone or with a partner, to bet on all possible outcomes of a single event in order to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Use of automated software — The use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to play or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering — Using the a9today platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Payment fraud — Using payment methods that are unauthorised, stolen, or belonging to another person without their consent.
• Bonus abuse — Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through dishonest means or in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the offer.
• Collusion — Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Live Casino or poker games.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by a9today: a9today reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Under no circumstances shall a9today's maximum liability to a Member exceed the actual cash balance in the Member's account at the time the claim is made.
